About the Sports Centre:

Situated in Sai Sha, the forthcoming outdoor multi-sports facility will be the largest privately owned outdoor sports centre in Hong Kong upon completion. The state-of-the-art sports venue will offer a wide range of outdoor sports amenities and training facilities. The Centre aims to become a hub for sports in Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area. We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team and help us realize this vision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing/communications campaigns and activities
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu
• Manage agencies and designers to develop creative works and promotional materials
• Write, edit and disseminate a variety of communications including press releases, website content, and newsletter
• Coordinate with service providers to promote various programs and events
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand exposure
• Assist the Team Lead in preparing management reports
• Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by the Team Lead
• Act as a sports ambassador for GO PARK Sports

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in marketing or communications
• 3-5 years of solid experience in marketing/communication
• Experience in managing creative/design agencies
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., In-design, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Experience in the sports industry will be a big advantage
• Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
• Energetic, outgoing and active
• Creative and innovative with aesthetic sense
• ⁠Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. In-design, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Proficient in managing social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn)
• Excellent command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• ⁠Excellent time management and multitasking skills
