Duties

• Accomplish all marketing goals and objectives for local competitions, Local Tournament Enhancement Programme and Hong Kong Team;
• Plan and monitor marketing budget for Local Tournaments and Association’s corporate events
• Plan and coordinate publicity activities and side-events for the Association and Local tournaments, or initiated by any Commissions of the Association
• Plan, design, execute and monitor advertising & promotion plan, venue dressing for Local Tournaments and Association’s corporate events
• Cooperate with external bodies, press agency, broadcaster, supervise fellows to prepare press materials (press invitation, press kit, press releases) and monitor press coverage
• Manage and monitor Association’s website and social media channels
• Supervise fellows to create and publish website and social media content. 
• Prepare annual plan, annual budget, statement of account and programme report of various progrmames of the Association;
• Prepare regular activity reports and attend meetings of the Executive Committee and various Commissions and Working Groups and provide administrative support;
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the various Development Plan with a view to raising the standards and broadening the participation base of the sport discipline;
• Organize and execute the programmes approved by the Board and Executive Committee of the Association;
• Ensure tidy and orderly up keeping of all the records and publications;
• Liaise with Government departments; supervise fellows to prepare marketing-related application, reports and related documents, and;
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by management.
   

Requirements

• An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field is preferable;
• Working experience in sports related field, marketing/event/press/media agency, in-house marketing department is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Adobe software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign) application is an advantage;
• Basic knowledge of YouTube live streaming is an advantage;
• Knowledge of website analytics is an advantage; 
• Good presentation skills and a high level of proficiency in both English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; and
• Perform duties outside normal office hours and outdoor field work are required.
   

Salary

• HK$27,677 per month
