Sports Executive 

Salary: HK$27,677 per month

Duties: 

• Undertake any administrative and clerical duties in the NSA office as instructed by the Chairman, Executive Director and Senior Sports Executive
• Attend meetings of the Executive Committee as required and provide administrative support 
• Ensure tidy and orderly keeping of all the NSA’s records and publications
• Liaise with the SF&OC, CSTB, LCSD, HKSI and other relevant organizations on funding and other relevant matters 
• Organize and execute marketing and advertising programmes of local and local international events approved by the Executive Committee of the NSA
• Liaise with our official hotels and VIP guests 
• Liaise with Sponsors and Charity Organizations in organization of related events
• Attend to media in Press Conference and official functions in Local Tournament/Official International Championships hosted by HKCTBC
• Preparation of guests list for Events and HKCTBC Annual Dinner/Celebration Dinner
• Ensure timely reporting and conscientious compliance with terms of the LCSD

Qualification: 

• Preferably a Degree in Sports Management/ Marketing or equivalent University degree
• An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent may be considered, subject in Sports Management/Marketing and Communication will be an asset. 
• Preferably with working experience in event marketing and promotion

Requirement: 

•  Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•  Proficiency in Putonghua an asset
•  Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
•  Understanding of International Sports Federation (IF) and Asian Federation (AF) will be an asset
