Registration Requirement:

1. MUST be HKACEP member
2. For serving/retired Hong Kong Team athlete who are yet to be HKACEP member, please complete and submit the online application form. The HKACEP office would proceed your application to related National Sports Association (shall be recognized by the SF&OC) for endorsement. Normally, the application procedure may take 8 – 10 working days.

1. The application shall be completed by the applicant in person and each applicant could submit application ONCE only
2. Limited quota, first-come-first-served
3. Applicants/applicants aged under 18 and their parents/guardians will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by the provisions set out in the prospectus/the application form once the application form is submitted.
4. The information provided will only be used by the HKACEP for purposes relating to application, compilation of statistics, future contact, and opinion survey. Only staff duly authorized by the HKACEP will be given access to your personal data. For correction of or access to the personal data you have submitted, please contact our staff.

Successfully enrolled HKACEP members will receive 2 tickets on event day, which can only be used by the member plus 1 accompanying guest.
