About the Role
RFG is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual to join Rugby for Good, in the position of Project Assistant to deliver the HK7s community programs to promote and sustain the growth of sports in the community.
Job Responsibilities
To plan and organise events related to the HK7s community events.
To engage stakeholders (donors, school & NGO partners, coaches, beneficiaries, volunteers) in the above events.
Support Project Manager and provide quality control of PT Coaches and Event helpers through monitoring and assessments.
Responsible to provide necessary reports detailing activities of programs under own management.
To liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure high standard of event planning & execution.
Working closely with the marketing and communication team to ensure consistency of brand delivery.
Any other ad-hoc project or administrative duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or above
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in sports or social services, including community sports event coordination or leadership exposure.
Sports background or qualification (e.g., experience in community sports events) is a strong advantage.
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
Detail-minded with effective communication and organisational skills.
Able to work independently, self-motivated, responsible, and a good team player.
