| Major Duties: |
| (a) |
To formulate and organise campus-based promotional activities, including visits, Information Day, school talks and other ceremonies, etc.; |
| (b) |
To develop promotional materials, publications, videos, websites and other digital contents; |
| (c) |
To plan and execute marketing activities, such as digital marketing campaigns, advertising plans across multiple media and organising seminars; |
| (d) |
To build and maintain close relationships with stakeholders such as the school sector, parent groups and NGOs; |
| (e) |
To provide administrative support in marketing, public relations, alumni relations, corporate communication, media affairs, publishing; and |
| (f) |
To serve as secretary in boards and committees. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) |
A recognised degree in Marketing or equivalent; |
| (b) |
At least 2 years’ relevant work experience at the executive level, preferably in the fields of marketing / marketing communications / advertising / public relations / digital marketing and database management; |
| (c) |
Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua; |
| (d) |
Good communication, problem solving, analytical, and organisation skills; |
| (e) |
Good planning and project management skills; and |
| (f) |
Able to work independently and under pressure and meet tight deadlines. |

Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |

Shortlisted candidates will be required to take a written assessment. |
| (3) |
The appointee(s) may be required to work irregular hours or outside normal office hours. |
