Duties

• Assist in overseeing daily golf operations, including bay bookings and equipment rentals.  Ensure compliance with Academy policies and safety standards

• Lead and mentor a team of golf attendants, instructors, and support staff.  Handle scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to maintain high service levels

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing member engagement through personalized interactions. Promote lessons and Academy activities.

• Plan and execute golf clinics, driving range competitions, corporate events, and social gatherings.  Organize and accompany patrons on outings to external golf courses, including logistics, bookings, and on-site coordination.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to monitor driving range conditions, equipment upkeep, and inventory management. Report any issues and recommend improvements for optimal usability.

• Prepare reports on golf usage, revenue, and performance metrics. Assist in budgeting, procurement, and vendor relations. Utilize management software for reservations and tracking.

• Work with Marketing Team in promotional initiatives, such as newsletters, and partnerships with golf brands to attract new patrons and boost participation in driving range activities and outings.

• Enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to environmental and occupational health standards.

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Qulification

• University degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional golf certifications (e.g., PGA or equivalent) are highly desirable.

• Minimum 3-5 years in golf operations or relevant experience in the hospitality industry, recreation clubs or similar establishments

• Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and equipment.

• Outgoing, self-motivated, good communication skills and excellent time management skills

• Strong project management skills and competent to work under pressure

• Customer-oriented approach with a passion for sports and outdoor activities.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
