Facilities Manager

Job Descriptions

1.         Maintain the smooth daily operations of the Jockey Club Sha Tin Rowing Centre and Jockey Club Shek Mun Rowing Centre by supervising own staff and contractors to ensure the service provided is in good conditions and complete on time;

2.         Handle all relevant licenses applications and renewals;

3.         Maintain the Centre facilities in good quality and conduct maintenance work promptly;

4.         Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Centre facilities including but not limited to boathouse, changing room, control room, meeting room, store room, boathouses, roof, corridors, balcony, surrounding open area, hard-standing, pontoon etc.;

5.         Provide quality project management support, secretarial work and other support to the related Committee as required;

6.         Provide support in HKCRA major events; and

7.         To perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors and Executive Director.

 

Entry Requirements

1.         An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent;

2.         A minimum of 3 years working experience is preferred;

3.         Facility management experience is preferred;

4.         Knowledge of Water Sports or Safety is a definite advantage;

5.         Good communications and interpersonal skills, responsible and self-motivated;

6.         Effective problem solving, organising, presentation and leadership skills;

7.         Able to work independently, detailed mind, multi-tasks with outstanding planning skills: task prioritising and effective time management;

8.         Proficiency in MS Office applications, knowledge of website management and design software will be an advantage;

9.         Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and

10.     Immediate availability is preferred.

 

We Offer

Salary range starting from HK$28,507 per month, the offer will be subject to experience and qualifications. Benefits package including MPF, medical scheme and annual leave will be provided to the successful candidate.
