Sports Executive

Salary: HK$28,507 per month

The position is on a temporary basis for 6 months

Duties: 

• Undertake administrative and clerical duties in the NSA office as instructed by the Chairman and Executive Director

• Attend meetings of the Executive Committee as required when the National Games is on the agenda

• Liaise with the CSTB & LCSD and other relevant organizations on National Games (Mass Participation Event) execution, funding and other relevant matters

• Assist in the organization of the Mass Participation Event in August and all the pre-competition preparation

• Co-ordinate with the Head Coach in the training of the two teams participating in the Mass Participation events in August

• Liaise with the members of the two teams and the official venue on the schedule of training and other related matters

• Ensure timely reporting and conscientious compliance with requirements of the CSTB & LCSD on the National Games Mass Participation event

Qualification: 

• Preferably a Degree in Sports Management/ Social Science or equivalent University degree

• An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent may be considered, subject in Sports Management/Marketing and Communication will be an asset

• Preferably with working experience in sports management/NGOs

Requirement: 

•  Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Highly proficient in Putonghua

•  Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
