Sports Executive 

Salary: HK$27,677 per month

Duties: 

• Undertake any administrative and clerical duties in the NSA office as instructed by the Chairman and Executive Director 
• Prepare and submit annual budgets and providing regular reports on income and expenditure to the Executive Committee
• Attend meetings of the Executive Committee as required and provide administrative support 
• Ensure tidy and orderly keeping of all the NSA’s records and publications
• Liaise with the SF&OC, CSTB, LCSD, HKSI and other relevant organizations on funding and other relevant matters 
• Organize and execute programmes of local and local international events approved by the Executive Committee of the NSA
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the Development Plan of the NSA with a view to raising the standards and broadening the participation base of the sport
• Ensure timely reporting and conscientious compliance with terms of the LCSD

Qualification: 

• Preferably a Degree in Sports Management/ Social Science or equivalent University degree
• An accredited Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution/a Higher Diploma from a polytechnic university or polytechnic in Hong Kong or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or equivalent may be considered, subject in Sports Management/Marketing and Communication will be an asset
• Preferably with working experience in sports management/NGOs

Requirement: 

•  Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
•  Proficiency in Putonghua an asset
•  Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
•  Proficiency in Excel an asset
•  Understanding of International Sports Federation (IF) and Asian Federation (AF) will be an asset
