Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor to prepare financial budgets of the Staff Sports & Recreation Club (“SSRC”) and related engagement activities for approval
- Prepare related expenses reports as required
- Handle staff members’ enquiries related to sports, recreation and related activities under SSRC
- Liaise with external stakeholders, notably vendors and contractors, for provision of services related to SSRC
- Plan, organize, coordinate and implement SSRC programmes and activities to promote wellbeing and staff engagement
- Manage routine operations of the in-house gymnasium and BEA corporate sports teams
- Prepare proposals, evaluation reports, pre- and post-event posts, and related documents of the activitiesKeep
- good records of SSRC statistics/ inventory
- Administer the staff privileges scheme
- Assist in organising and coordinating staff recognition/awards presentations in a timely mannerSupport assignments and tasks related to culture & staff engagement as and when required
Requirements:
- University degree in any discipline or equivalent professional qualification
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in event management or corporate staff engagement
- Proactive, strong customer-oriented mindset, able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written English and Chinese
- Good proficiency in MS Excel
- Sports lover is an advantage
