Senior Manager – Academy Experience and Events

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Patron engagement and Academy experience management including but not limited to addressing Patron VoC, build deep and meaningful relationship, engage with key community leader, increase engagement with Academy and Town Club activities.
  • Develop and execute the Patron engagement strategy, driving long term growth and retention, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Engage current Patron community to build extensive network experience for the Academy and Patron.
  • Review insights and feedback gathered, deepening Patron knowledge in driving satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Elevate data and insight capabilities and establish methods to gather holistic analysis across Patron touchpoints. 
  • Develop Patron engagement framework for targeted audience journey, including onboarding, special occasions and partnership.
  • Implement action plans to achieve personal and team goals that align with the business strategies, including generation of potential admission leads from liaison with Patrons.
  • Coordination and liaison with senior management, various stakeholders and departments on Patron community engagement and events.
  • Work closely with multiple functions (Marketing & Communications, Admissions Office, Admission Experience, Sports Development & Education, F&B, and Operations teams) to ensure high quality delivery of all touchpoints.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration / Hospitality Management / Sports Management or related disciplines.
  • Extensive experience and understanding in strategic and business insights in Patrons for private club or Sports industry.
  • Strong business acumen and vision to develop the Patron strategy.
  • A deep understanding of how to leverage data analytics to implement actionable strategies and solutions.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, matrix organizational structure, and able to foster a positive and focused work environment.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement with excellent communication skills. 
  • A people leader passionate in developing and empowering teams. 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English; fluency in one other languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese isa plus.
