FOODSPORT is seeking talented individuals as our Project and Sales Executive. Our Executive will be based in Hong Kong, works under the direction of the Management Team, and collaborates with organisation’s stakeholders in leading our various projects and programmes in serving our vision and missions. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyzing account potential and close deals with potential client in a professional manner
• Participates in direct communication with clients
• Achieve business growth and sales target in line with seasonal/quarterly forecast
• Monitor projects progress and service delivery including proposal, prepare contract and quotation, budget, schedule site meeting and report progress to client
• Play a leading role in the project and coordinate with marketing and operation team and external parties to ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients
• Prepare media kit, media interview pitching and organize PR event
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Tertiary educated or above in any discipline with at least 2 years' experience in Sales / marketing / project management. 
• Relevant experience in Corporate Wellness / Human Resources / Sports event  background is a plus
• Well organized, self-motivated, hard-working, multi-tasks, Open to change and strong market sense
• Able to work both independently and a good team player, willing to offer advice and support colleagues
• Demonstrate a strong passion in work/sports/volunteering/partnership management
• Excellent communications, public speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Willing to occasionally travel to various districts in Hong Kong in weekday evenings and weekends
• Good knowledge and experienced in social media / Digital media marketing
• Efficiency in MS applications including PowerPoint, Word & Excel (Knowledge in graphic design and editing software tools Such as; Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere) is a plus
• Good command of both spoken and creative writing in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred

5-day work at Kwun Tong office.
