Responsibilities:

Reporting to Hong Kong, China Team Manager, you are responsible for the following duties:

• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the programmes / activities approved by the Hong Kong, China Athletics Team Management Committee;
• Provide secretariat and administrative support to the Hong Kong, China Athletics Team programmes;
• Handle enquiries relating to Hong Kong, China Athletics Team programmes;
• Inventory control of Hong Kong, China Athletics Team Uniform;
• Maintain proper filling and accounting records;
• Working on holidays, overtime and outdoors maybe required;
• To take up special projects or ad hoc duties as assigned by Senior Officers

Requirements:

• Grade E / Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English (Syllabus B), Chinese and Mathematics in HKCEE / HK Diploma of Secondary Education Examination
• Knowledge in athletics would be an advantage
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
