Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support while being actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Sports Development and Education Department and Patrons' satisfaction. Be courteous and professional at all times when handling Patrons' enquires and their complaints.
- Assist his/her supervisor in planning, promoting and organizing sports-related activities. Arrange systematic and accurate input on program charges. Prepare monthly sales statements for responsible areas.
- Maintain accurate records of all aspects of the activities for future reference and improvement.
- To assist in promoting the respective Sports Development & Education programs, facilities and services and report any irregularities.
- To assist as required in the operation of various outlets within Sports Development and Education.
- Performing any other assigned duties as and when assigned by supervisor.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management, Recreation Administration, Physical Education or other related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recreation clubs, National Sports Associations or similar establishments
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for Coordinator
- Fresh graduate is welcome for the Coordinator role
- Knowledge and background of sports programs
- Outgoing, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Mandarine)
- Normal office working hours: 0900-1800 (except for event / tournament days)
- Shift duty on weekend is required
