Responsibilities

  • Support the development of policies and manage the end-to-end processes for the administration and control of employee benefits programmes, including medical, retirement, and group life insurance schemes, to support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Deploy effective communication strategies and promote employees’ awareness and understanding of the Corporation’s benefits and wellness initiatives.
  • Support the review and implementation of an equitable and competitive total reward and benefits package that aligns with the Corporation’s strategy and business goals.
  • Keep abreast of statutory requirements and market best practices by participating in market surveys, and provide knowledge sharing and support to HR service teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive HR analytics of performance and reward data to identify trends and insights that facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Prepare insightful reports on analytics and present findings and recommendations to management clearly and concisely.
  • Participate in regular or ad-hoc projects and initiatives to support departmental goals under a matrix reporting structure.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years’ solid experience in reward and benefits administration
  • Knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures and with good understanding of employment-related ordinances and regulations
  • A team player with good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Detail-minded, analytical, organized and capable of working independently
  • Experience in data analytic tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel and Power BI etc) is preferred
