Duties:

• Manage the proper administration of the Association including supervision of the staff of the office; 
• prepare and submit annual budgets and providing regular reports to respective Committee; 
• Attend meetings the Committees and prepare minutes of meeting; 
• Promote the development of the sport discipline and arrange media publicity; 
• Liaise with the SF&OC, relevant parties or Government Departments on all matters connected with development of the sports at all level 
• Organize local / oversea competitions, training, courses and other programme of the Association
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of the Four Year Development Plan with the view to raising the standards and broadening the participation base of the sport. 
• Ensure timely reporting and conscientious compliance with terns of the LCSD subvention agreement
• Need to take up any ad hoc duties assigned

 Qualifications:

• Degree holder; with related discipline in Sports / Physical Education / Recreation is an advantage;
• Strong supervision skill and good team player;
• Interested in Sports promotion and development;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese is a plus; 
• Responsible, self-motivated, hard working and willing to learn; and
• Minimum of 8 years of related experiences in sports field.

 Salary

• HK$44K - 48K depends on qualification and experience.
