  1. Membership Management and Data Management:
    • Manage the membership onboarding process and maintain accurate member records.
    • Develop and implement strategies to grow the association's membership base.
    • Respond to member inquiries and address any membership-related concerns.
    • Generate periodic reports on membership statistics and engagement metrics.
    • Maintain and analyze membership data to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain member confidentiality.
  2. Club Engagement and Support:
    • Serve as the primary liaison between the association and its affiliated rowing clubs, and support all club administration.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the association and its member clubs.
    • Assist clubs in organizing and hosting local and regional rowing events.
  3. Member Benefits and Programs:
    • Develop and coordinate a range of member benefits, such as training programs and exclusive events.
    • Develop and manage the association's merchandise and apparel program.
    • Organize and promote skills development workshops and educational opportunities for members.
  4. Event and Volunteer Coordination:
    • Support the Event Team in the planning and execution of the association's events
    • Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to assist with event tasks.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with other departments within the association. 
    • Represent the association at industry events and build relationships with external stakeholders.

Qualification / Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in sports management, business administration, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in membership management, club administration, or event coordination
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  4. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  5. Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, well-organized and able to prioritize different requests from various stakeholders, meticulous and accept new responsibilities/ challenges;
  6. Proficient in MS Office applications, data analysis and reporting, with a keen eye for detail
  7. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  8. Self-motivated, result-oriented with a strong sense of responsibilities and high team spirit
  9. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
