Job Scope
- Manage projects include local and international sporting events in Hong Kong, marketing campaigns for corporate clients, and community programmes
- Familiar with runners registration system and database management
- Experience in manage sizeable events including client liaison, timeline management, budget control, rundown development, MC script development, vendor and other third parties coordination
- Crafting and executing overall PR/ marketing strategies, including but not limited to PR media angles identification, interview pitching, press materials development, celebrity/KOL management, social media, etc.
- Providing professional and quality client servicing skills
- Support the team to work closely together to deliver the results
Requirement
- A strong passion in Sports and Event Management industry
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Project Management, Event industry, PR or Event agency preferably with experience handling large scale events, extensive media connections, media pitching and client servicing background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
- Experience in databases management
- Friendly, flexible and able to work as a team leader and team player with a professional approach to work
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and organized with strong project management skills
- Have a positive, can-do attitude approach to all aspects of the role
