Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the administration duties of the association’s subordinated district branches, attend the meetings and coordinate events

• Organize territory-wide events or projects for the Association from planning, promotion, execution to evaluation

• Initiate and prepare funding applications, budgets and bidding proposals

• Liaise with different parties to facilities the cooperation

• Handle administrative tasks for program progress and reporting

• May work on weekends or in evenings for events/meetings/occasions

• At least three years’ experience in leading exchange or internship program will be preferred

• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in social sciences, event management or marketing

• Experience in large-scale event management would be an advantage

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

• Proficiency in computer applications, preferable with A.I or graphic design knowledge

• Responsible, detailed-minded, proactive team player, as well as an independent worker
