Job Nature/Unit

Temporary/Part-time Non-Academic
- School/Unit: Human Resources Office

Jobs Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

  • providing clerical support to the HR teams;
  • handling requests/enquiries from internal/external customers;
  • compiling reports and statistics as necessary; and
  • performing other duties as assigned.


Requirements
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • at least 5 subjects with Level 2 or above in HKDSE including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics or equivalent*;
  • good communication skills in English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua); and
  • good computer skills including English & Chinese word-processing and MS Excel.
     

*Applicants should indicate the results of HKCEE / HKDSE (or equivalent qualifications) in their applications.
 

Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
