We are looking for a talent to:

  • Conduct quality site tours, prepare related materials and provide excellent experience for prospective tenants
  • Coordinate with internal counterparts to ensure all related activities such as repair and maintenance works are carried out efficiently
  • Coordinate with and monitor the performance of management companies
  • Greet guests and help provision in building lobby
  • Follow up on daily requests and complaints from tenants
  • Cultivate and maintain good relationship between the landlord, management companies & tenants


Basic requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree holder of Property Management, Hospitality, Marketing or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably gained in Customer Service, Concierge or Property industry
