Temporary Executive Assistant (Facilities Management)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring the performance of contractors in provision of satisfactory facilities management services, including security, cleaning, landscape, carpark, etc.;
  • Providing event support services to the university-wide functions;
  • Conducting regular inspections to facilities for services improvement;
  • Handling, responding, investigating and following up with feedbacks/ complaints related to facilities management services; and
  • Performing any other duties as assigned.



Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • A recognized degree with some full-time working experience;
  • Ability to lead and manage contractors, and to handle a complex, varied workload;
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, with excellent interpersonal skills and service mindset; and;
  • Effective spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua).


Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract for a maximum period of 11 months.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
