Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-stop solution to all customers including order taking; cross selling; and complaint handling
  • Perform sales or customer service activities through omni channels.
  • Perform customer service to ecommerce channel

 Requirements:

  • Able to work under pressure with strong sense of customer service & sales mindset
  • Proficiency in both spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good written skill in English and Chinese
  • Well versed in Microsoft Word & Excel etc.

Other information:

  • 830am – 530pm / 9am – 6pm (due to operations, May to Oct - 6 days: Nov to Apr -  5 days)
  • AL 12, medical after probation
  • Free drink, shuttle bus
  • Statutory holiday
