Sales Development Representative (General Trade)

  • Achieve periodic sales contribution and execution targets via effective execution of sales routine and market execution
  • Identify and develop strategic business opportunities and new outlet placement under the sales BU’s direction
  • Achieve volume and revenue targets through working with district operation team
  • Gather market information and provide business analysis for customers and for supervisor to support decision making
  • Enforce the execution of channel customer service standards inclusive of company channel merchandising standards, channel brands/SKUs availability targets
  • Deliver effective call plan with the customer, and liaison with customer call center and logistics team
  • Collect market information such as new products, industry trends, competitors’ move and customer needs
  • To be responsible for payment collection accordance with credit policy and procedures


  • Develop new accounts, serve and grow-up existing accounts
  • Outgoing personality, highly motivated, and achievement oriented
  • Good interpersonal, communication, statistical and analytical skills
  • Sales oriented and willing to work under pressure
  • Private Car Driving License (not necessary)
  • Computer literate and skills in using MS Office

Other information:

  • 8am – 6pm; Monday to Friday (5 days)
  • AL 12, medical after probation
  • Free drink, shuttle bus
  • Statutory holiday
